We suggest you arrive before the bus is scheduled to pick-up to ensure everyone’s luggage is packed and boarded, ready to leave by the time stated within the itinerary.

Bookings and availability

As many venues book out very quickly and well in advance it is essential to let us know as soon as possible your proposed excursion dates plus how many students you are expecting to travel.

Please be aware that many venues have an upper limit of students per visit so multiple group bookings can occur during the excursion. This is to ensure all students get the educational value your school is trying to achieve for your students. Due to this it is essential to let us know how many students will be travelling during the excursion.

Coach companies?

Depending on your excursion destination we utilise the services of different coach companies. Most of the excursions we organise use Kennedy’s Bus and Coaches. However, if you have a preferred coach company you wish to use for your excursion we can organise this for you.
